Custom Patches
While we offer a large variety of patches in our shop, we understand that somtimes you need something a little more specific!
Custom patches are an ideal, personalised option for clubs, groups, uniforms, achievements and celebrations.
Here at Patches Emporium we are pleased to offer the option of personalised custom embroidery patches for a great value price!
Every design is created by me, the owner of patches emporium, and then made using high quality threads and materials. We use purpose-intended threads, our high spec embroidery machine and top quality patch twill fabric to ensure a stunning professional finish.

The Process
Step 1: Fill out our online form with the details of the patch size, style, shape, colours and quantity you would like. You can include images of ideas as well as text. We will direct you to a page for payment of a 10% deposit. If there are any elements of your design that I believe cannot be successfully made into an iron-on patch, I will be in contact to discuss this, and if we are unable to create what you are looking for at this point then your deposit will be refunded in full.
Step 2: I will create a digital design of your patch, which will then be sent over to you via email. At this stage you can tell me any changes or adaptations you would like to the design! Please do note that colours of threads may differ slightly to those selected digitally.
Step 3: I will create the first patch within a 5 day time period, and photographs of this will be sent over to you so you can see the final design! If there are any changes you would like at this stage, these are then carried out!
Step 4: When you give the go-ahead that you’re happy with the design, the quantity of patches you've requested will be made! Full payment for your order will be taken at this point. Please note that we are not able to make any adjustments to the design at this point.
Step 5: Your order will be shipped to you as soon as it is ready!
